Today we began producing our music video. First, we needed our props so, I went to the store to buy a water melon, a vase, a pack of red solo cups, and a pack of balloons. After relizing that our group member Lucas was not showing up for filming for whatever reason, we had to ask a friend to assist us with acting. Fortunatly, his weekend was free and he was able to help us. This proved be quite helpful for, there were many scenes where to people were required. To begin, we assembled our first scene. This didn't take much sinse it was in my bedroom. For the next scene we simply moved to the bathroom. For the following scene, we prepared a room we would use to simulate a party. These scenes took up about 15 seconds. Moving on, we went outside to film the scenes where we smashed random objects. To do this, we first set up a fire place then found tools we could use to destroy the melon. By this point we reached the end of filming and we concluded the first day. We needed to continue on Sunday.
On Sunday we filmed the scene where we are drinking water shots and a scene at the park. For the shot drinking scene, we simply used a table we found in the garage, some balloons, solo cups and shot drinking equipment. We then filmed some slow motions shots medium shots and an extreme close up. This took around 15 minutes.
