Opening sequence CCR

The is my CCR for my final project ( my last filming project). In this video, these four questions will be answered:
1. How does your product use or challenge conventions AND how does it represent social groups or issues?
2. How does your product engage with audience AND how would it be distinguished as a real media text?
3. How did your production skill develop through the project?
4. How did you integrate technologies- software, hardware and online- in this project?

This video shares my experiences and thought process behind making this video

Second film project

The second film project our class worked on was the music video project. For my group members, I wanted to be able to easily film with them whenever. so I chose group me bers who live in Hollywood. I chose my sister and Lucas. A mistake a made while chosing a group was picking Lucas because he needed a group, not because he had any real filming, acting, or editing abilities. This proved to be a minor setback. To compensate for his unreliability, we reached out to a close friend who is extremely talented under the cinematic production field.

My first Video

For my first video project was a commercial done with Jake Norkin, Timothy Brown and Kyle Wiener. The video we filmed was a 30 second commercial for Gatorade products. For the most part, things went smoothly. As we came to discover, the editing software originally provided was slow and glitchy. From this project I learned many things. One, is better to simply edit at home using Adobe Premire and After Effects. These products are higher in quality and function at a speed that isn't unbearable. Two, learn to improvise.
